Our Stylists Work On Commission And Scheduled Time Slots.
These Policies Are Active To Compensate The Stylists For Their Time And Lost Income.
Late Policy
Every Client Has A 15 Minute Grace Period For Being Late. After 15 Minutes, You Will Have To Either Reschedule Your Appointment Or Have Your Appointment Time Cut Short.
Cancellation Policy
All Cancellations Are To Be Done 24 Hours Before Your Scheduled Appointment, Or Earlier. After The 24 Hour Period, You Will Be Invoiced 50% Of Your Scheduled Service. Failure To Pay An Invoice Removes You As A Client Of Color Me Studio.
No Show Policy
There Is No Tolerance For No Calls, No Shows. All Color Me Studio Clients Receive 2 Confirmation Text Messages Prior To Appointment. 100% Of Your Scheduled Service Will Be Invoiced To You. Failure To Pay An Invoice Removes You As A Client Of Color Me Studio
