Color Me Studio started a boutique hair studio and has grown into a hair collective. From our early beginnings, we have been a leader in hair, focusing on color corrections, maintaining healthy hair, bridal and event hair and more. We have quickly grown into our new branding, Color Me Studio, A Hair Collective. Owner Madison Cox takes pride in her work and is eager to focus on training and connecting industry leaders. Our knowledgeable team is always learning, growing, and using their years of industry experience to provide top quality services to our guests.

 

OUR POLICIES

WE CARE ABOUT OUR CLIENTS AND ASK FOR THE SAME IN RETURN. OUR STYLISTS WORK ON COMMISSION AND SCHEDULED TIME SLOTS. THESE POLICIES ARE ACTIVE TO COMPENSATE THE STYLISTS FOR THEIR TIME AND LOST INCOME.

LATE POLICY

EVERY CLIENT HAS A 15 MINUTE GRACE PERIOD FOR BEING LATE. AFTER 15 MINUTES, YOU WILL HAVE TO EITHER RESCHEDULE YOUR APPOINTMENT OR HAVE YOUR APPOINTMENT TIME CUT SHORT.

CANCELLATION POLICY

ALL CANCELLATIONS ARE TO BE DONE 24 HOURS BEFORE YOUR SCHEDULED APPOINTMENT, OR EARLIER. AFTER THE 24 HOUR PERIOD, YOU WILL BE INVOICED 50% OF YOUR SCHEDULED SERVICE. FAILURE TO PAY AN INVOICE REMOVES YOU AS A CLIENT OF COLOR ME STUDIO.

NO SHOW POLICY

THERE IS NO TOLERANCE FOR NO CALLS, NO SHOWS. ALL COLOR ME STUDIO CLIENTS RECEIVE 2 CONFIRMATION TEXT MESSAGES PRIOR TO APPOINTMENT. 100% OF YOUR SCHEDULED SERVICE WILL BE INVOICED TO YOU. FAILURE TO PAY AN INVOICE REMOVES YOU AS A CLIENT OF COLOR ME STUDIO
